| Introduction | I have been in residential real estate for four years and absolutely LOVE my job! From the start, I knew Nix Realty Company was where I wanted to work. Nix is a boutique firm in San Antonio, Texas with about twenty agents. Our owners are smart and well versed in the business. They have created a wonderful work atmosphere where team work is considered a must. I've always wanted to start a blog but didn't know what to write about. Then I figured, why not write about what I love! The home buying and selling process excites me, but it can be very intimidating for some. My hope is that this blog will be a resource of great information keeping readers informed on trends in the market, both local and national, as well as offer tricks and tips for buying and selling your home.
