| Introduction | Hi, I am a fully qualified Cake Decorator who has been creating artistic, unique & elegant celebration cakes,wedding cakes and other sweet things since 2005. My accomplishments include Certificates in Cake Decorating levels 1, 2 & 3 and "Fondant and Gumpaste Sugar Flowers". Everything else is self-taught. I have decided to start a blog to get a little more up close and personal, to share with you some of my favourite designs and my cake decorating adventures along the way.
