Introduction	I don't actually know if there's any reason to writing this, but I made this blog with the intention of using my name in case it makes this effort more effective. So, the author of this proposal, with contact email handily obfuscated in Blogger's page source code and displayed on the side, is Zachary Wilson. He is currently unemployed and homeless, in Seattle. He spent most of a year in Iraq reading about people exploding themselves while digging a hole for artillery rounds that would have done nothing more than damage a vehicle, and families driving down roads only to get blown up by said explosives with the only thing left being an empty children's shoe.
