| Introduction | i have travelled extensively. Life has taught me to read between the lines, hear what is not said, seek what is not laid out and question what others take for granted. i am passionate about taking photos of details, patterns, reflections and shadows. My subjects include animals, architecture, nature, cemeteries, derelict houses and whatever catches my eye. All shots are candid, taken in the instant that they present themselves. What i see is what is there, perhaps with a nuance or angle peculiar to my eye, but never the less real. In July 2010 i participated in a group exhibition at the Gosford Regional Gallery. In May 2011 i exhibited in Sydney as part of the Head On Photo Festival, followed by my first solo exhibition at the TAP Gallery, Sydney, in July. I have been invited to participate, and am exhibiting four photos, in the Killcare 'Art By The Sea' Art Show 7-15 January 2012. |
