| Introduction | As a scientist, the chemistry of cooking is one of my favorite areas. I hope to use this blog as an avenue to share my love of food with anyone who will read about it!
In addition to serving as review of restaurants in Austin, TX, this blog will feature original recipes (or modifications of some good old favorites). As a self-proclaimed dinner party expert, I will also share tips and great recipes for entertaining the larger crowds. The co-author of this blog, a.k.a. the boyfriend, will bring delightful commentary, snarky reviews, and knowledge of wine to the table (pun intended).
