| Introduction | Alicia Moreno has been owner / co-owner of 2 metal finishing companies and an employer of more than 150 people throughout her entrepreneurial life. As one of the few women in the electroplating industry she has more than 20 years of experience. Alicia was featured in Hot Bike, Hot Rods, and Sand Addiction magazines under “Tech Talk”. She is an active member of National Association of Surface Finishing and other environmental related organizations. She comments and advices on www.Finishing.com. My companies have always been progressive through education, supporting all enviromental causes by means of action, implementation of simple habits, and personnel training.
