The apostrophe is in its regular use the sign of an omission or elision. We decided to fill in for the omission in one’s life by conquering the simple pleasures and bringing them right back to you. Our apostrophe puts back what was in there missing: the really good coffee at sunrise, the deep flavored tea and the delicious hot chocolates at any special moment of day. We give you as well the flavors of natural fruits in fresh drinks, simple and individually made sandwiches, salads, pasta, home-made cakes, cookies and more.
