Introduction	My name is Martha Prange and I have created this blog space for muffin lovers everywhere to share and compare their favourite muffin recipes! Muffins have been in my family for years my grandmother even wrote and published a cookbook her sister called Muffin Mania. When Muffin Mania went out of print, my grandmother Cathy Prange was besieged by a constant deluge of letters. Muffin lovers everywhere expressed an ardent desire to purchase copies for a generation that had been raised on these classic recipes. Not being able to secure a copy myself I decided that it was time for Muffin Mania to make a come back. With a new cover and added tips, I have been able to share my grandmothers classic Canadian recipes to all the muffin lovers in the world! Our family has enjoyed reading your letters and hearing your stories. Your fond memories of Muffin Mania increase the many pleasures of placing Joan and Cathy’s book back into print.
