Introduction	Hi! My name is Melody. I am a 28 year old wife, mother, nurse, daughter, sister, friend. I serve Christ and my family. My family consists of my husband John who is Amazing. We are college sweethearts. He is my heart. We have a 4 year old daughter who is my best friend and a 3 month old son who is my little prince. We have a great support from family and friends and feel very blessed to be where we are in life. This blog is designed to help me as I start this journey to heatlh and sincere happiness.
