| Introduction | Hiya Folks! This blog is dedicated to my experiences with the Disney Culinary Program. I baked at the Polynesian Resort March-May '12 and Epcot for the Food and Wine Festival July-November '13. I will be returning to Epcot this September for another program and hopefully full time after. I am a Class of 2014 grad of Johnson & Wales University where I studied Baking and Pastry Arts/Food Service Management.
