| Introduction | My husband and I took a sabbatical in 2010 to travel in through Central America for the entire year. We worked our magic and managed to spend the next 3 years living in the beautiful Honduran mountains where we turned from a family of 2 into a family of 3. Abbracadabra, we ended up spending another year living on the island paradise of Roatan. Almost 5 years later, we have returned to Dallas, Texas to try our hands at raising our son in the 1st world. |
