About me

Introduction	I am Zachary Green. I grew up in the Hartford area of CT with my family… My Mother, Father, brother and sister. As my brother and sister moved out of the house for college and jobs, I began to travel everywhere with my parents. I was the baby and they did not want to leave me home alone. During our travels, we went to nice restaurants, during we all love to eat. Even when not traveling we began to make a habit of it, always looking a great meal. My tastes buds became seasoned at an early age….and they know a good meal... As my culinary experience continues, I have begun cooking gourmet meals. I am a currently a student at Tulane University in New Orleans (what I personally like to call the food capital of the United States, especially after Katrina, trust me). New Orleans is amazing and so is its food, so that is why I am here to 'sell it.'
