Introduction	I direct Outdoor Programs at the University of Vermont and my wife Katy teaches high school in our town of Jericho. Macalister "Cally" Jane is dynamo daughter (12/22/08) and Hazen Philip is our adorable son (1/30/11).
Interests	Free Heel Skiing, Mountain Biking, Climbing, Paddling, Running, Traveling, House Renovation, Gardening, Cooking, Music & Politics
Favorite movies	Raging Bull, Cinema Paradiso, Chocolat, Amelie, When We Were Kings, Borat and waiting for the "mommy's matinee" here local to screen "The Wrestler".
Favorite music	Eclectic. Bluegrass, Traditional Country, Alternative Country (whatever that is) and Indie Rock (whatever that is) seem to dominate the Ipod...been really inspired by the Maine singer/songwriter Ray Lamontagne of late
Favorite books	too numerous to mention. Definitely a sucker for the new Southern gothics...Harry Crews, Carl Hiassen and classic short stories of Breece D'J Pancake & Pinckney Benedict.
