Introduction	I went to the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and completed their 16 month Chef's program. I lived and worked in England in a French restaurant, a pub, a wine bar and finally for a catering company. I still consider myself just a cook, not a chef. It's a more humble moniker and feels right for the food I prepare for my family and friends.
Interests	I love food. I love to talk about it, taste it and think about it. Now I'm writing about it too.
