| Introduction | Hi! My name is Saryma I am not a chef, I am a nursing student but I love to bake breads and cook unique recipes. My obsession with cooking and baking breads started about 5 years ago. Towards the end of December each year, my family has a junk food feast. Most people eat healthy foods that they prepared. And some of us always order take out. One year, I knew that I wanted to have one big junk food feast. I started planning a week before the New Year, wanting to make everything from fresh Mozzarella cheese to homemade pretzels. Before that day, I had never tried my hand at baking breads at all. I was afraid to bake. I don’t have anyone in the kitchen watching and guiding me. It was the first time I baked and cooked by myself, and I did fine. From the start of the week I spent baking, I enjoy it. |
