| Introduction | I wear a few hats because I enjoy them all. Business Analysis, because I enjoy working out how organisations tick and how they can work better with the right processes and systems. Teaching, because working with kids is so grounding and because of those magical light-bulb moments when a student realises "Hey, I can do this!" Designing iOS apps, because it's fun developing tools for a pocket-sized interface. And then, of course, there's writing. Not just technical writing anymore. The fun stuff. |

I've never tasted a penny yet I've lost plenty of teeth; but I have lost plenty of pennies and tasted my teeth.
