Einführung	I'm a consultant and software developer with interests in security, privacy, cryptography, anonymity/identity, and technology. I was one of the initial developers of the PGP encryption software and am co-author of RFC4880, the OpenPGP standard. I ran the first anonymous remailer with integrated encryption technology, allowing for anonymous communication with no trusted parties. My current interests focus on technologies which can enable new ways for people to interact online while protecting their privacy and security. Contrary to many views, I see Trusted Computing technology as having great potential for achieving these goals, especially when combined with open source software development. My blog will explore ideas along these lines and discuss related news and events. I hope to change a few minds about the potential benefits of this combination of technologies!
