Introduction	I've been a domestic worker of some sort since nine years old. Right now, I work as a full time nanny. I am also Co-Director of the Massachusetts Alliance of Professional Nannies (MAPN), an organization that I recently helped found. I want rights and respect for domestic workers...even 'basic' ones like the right to overtime pay and vacation days. The domestic industry needs to change. Follow me and see what I'm doing about it.
