Introduction	César Figueiredo manifestou desde cedo interesse pela prática artística, tendo iniciado os seus estudos com um curso profissional de design. Posteriormente, fez um Bacharelato em Pintura na e concluiu a Licenciatura em Arte e Comunicação no ramo multimédia, na Escola Superior Artística do Porto. Actualmente, é mestre em ilustração pela ESAP-Guimarães. Como actividade profissional, exerce a prática da ilustração e design bem como a docência. _________________________ César Figueiredo has from a very early age showed interest for artistical practice. Therefore he started by doing a professional design course. Later he also did a bachelor degree in Painting and a degree in Art and Communication on the multimedia branch, both in Escola Superior Artística do Porto (Superior arts school of Porto). At present he is a master in Illustration, by Escola Superior Artística de Guimarães. On the professional level, César does, at the moment, illustration and design, being also a teacher.
