Introduction	I have three children, a husband, a dog, 2 cats, a full-time job and a lot of books. That's the short story. The long story is, well, quite a bit longer and would take more time than I have right now to tell it. Let's just say that I've been up and down (mostly up!) with my weight over the last 10 years. My youngest was born in June of 2007 it's time to get make some changes in my life and get healthy (and hot) once and for all!
