Introduction Mr Lee Jasper BA (hons) has a wealth of experience that includes over 30 years as a leading campaigner for social justice and race equality and 8 years as a Senior Policy Director for Equalities & Policing in London. During this time he has established a range of leading anti racist orgs. He enjoys a national and international profile. As the Mayor of London's Director for Policing and Equalities, Lee played a part in the roll out of Safer Neighbourhood crime reduction programme and leading edge equalities policies and is regarded as having established national standards in these important areas. He was responsible on behalf of the Mayor for the Metropolitan Police Service budget of £3.2 billion pounds, was the founder member and Chair of the world-renowned black community police partnership Operation Trident Independent Advisory Group focused on tackling gun crime. Lee Jasper pioneered and chaired the world’s first Olympic Diversity Committee. He is available as a strategic policy consultant, motivational public speaker or executive coach. Lee is co-chair of BARAC (Black Activists Rising Against Cuts)
