Introduction In February 2008 I got back from my honeymoon ready to do things besides plan a wedding! I was ready to focus on a healthy lifestyle. My weight was up to 138, I didn't cook much, didn't work out, and didn't blog. I was happy, but I wanted to try something new. Now I walk about 20 miles a week, I'm working on Couch to 5K, i'm addicted to trying new recipes, I read about 5 books a month and i'm obsessed with home decor. I also reached my goal weight - 115! I'm now working to stay there - maintaining is HARD!
Interests Spending time with my husband and puppy, scrapbooking, watching girly shows/movies, blogging, eating rice, reading, playing poker, working out, Auburn football, playing pool, audio books, Pilates, eating cheese, game nights (i.e., Kranium, Taboo) and dancing
Favorite Movies Girly feel-good movies are my fave: Legally Blonde, Sex and The City: The Movie, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Bridget Jones Diary, Sweet Home Alabama, 27 Dresses, etc.
Favorite Music Classic Rock and Alternative most days; when working out I like top 40 (i.e., Rihanna, JT, Pussycat Dolls, etc.).
Favorite Books Girly feel-good books are my fave (are you seeing a pattern?): Something Borrowed, Something Blue, Sushi for Beginners, Good in Bed, The Other Woman... Basically anything by Jane Green, Marian Keyes, Sophie Kinsella, Meg Cabot or Emily Giffin! Also - i'm a HUGE fan of the Twilight series... HUGE! I'm on Team Edward - all the way!

Your pajamas have duckies on them. Why did you switch from choo-choos?

I don't like being motivated to succeed while sleeping...
