| Introduction | First and foremost I am a Christ-follower. I am also a happily married mother of four fabulous children. I write about my thoughts and passions, along with my questions and ponderings. I have taught high school English for nine years, and my first book, Restored, has just been published. My second book is nearly complete, and I've begun a third. I continue to substitute teach, write, and keep up with my kids. My family is very involved with our local church and all of the schools where my children attend. We have three cats, Pumpkin, Ginger and Skipper, and a dog, Mocha. We also have several fish that swim in our coffee table. |

| Favorite music | Contempory Christian music. I enjoy all solo artists and bands that use their music to glorify God. |
| Favorite books | Favorite classic is Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. Favorite series of all time would be Anne of Green Gables and Love Comes Softly. However, I like to lose myself in the story lines of authors who write about the settling of the old West, Amish communities, and anything that takes place over one hundred years ago. I prefer to read Christian historical fiction books that have an inspiring message. I also read books to help in my journey as a parent and spouse. I suppose these would be considered self-help books, but really I think they help my children and my hubby have reason to like me better! Learn and live. Live and learn. |
