| Introduction | I bring together a unique blend of experience and training which informs my therapy. I am trained as a Social Worker with advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I practiced individual and family therapy for 20 years in both clinic setting and in private practice. I have blended this experience with years of managing a manufacturing business which has given me hands on business experience. Additionally, the concept of mindfulness in my yoga practice has enhanced my life experience of being in the moment, which in turn carries over into my work with patients. As a life coach I will help you clarify your life goals, identify what is getting in the way of achieving those goals and explore ways to move forward.
