| Introduction | I have been walking the banks of the river Eamont since I was a young boy and am now fortunate to fly fish on what I would describe as one of the best wild trout rivers in the north of England. This blog will not only attempt to show you the delights of this river but also of my other ventures onto local waters, in particular the Eden and will incorporate fly patterns and anything else that you may find interesting in the world of flyfishing and flytying.
