Introduction I was born in a chicken coop in Eastern Canada shortly after WWII ended. Mom was a British War Bride and Dad was member of the Governor General Horse Guards. He joined at an early age because of WWII..the US hadn't decided to enter the War so he went to Canada and joined. Mom came to the US on a work visa in 1952 along with myself and two brothers. We've lived here ever since. I and my wife of 43 years have raised nine children (and have 33 grandchildren). During the Vietnam War, I was shot several times...spent about a year and a half in the hospital. I have been blessed incredibly and, at the risk of sounding greedy, hope to be blessed even more in the near future. I have spent time in 37 states and 8 countries around the world...I love America in spite of all her short-comings. The good thing about a Republic is that no matter how bad things get, they can be fixed with the right motives and led by the right individuals.
