Introduction	Been a stylist since 1985. Moved to Alaska at 19 with a one way ticket, a Volkswagon Superbeetle, a mattress , 2 fake ids and a beauty license. The adventure has never ended. I have been behind the chair for 25 yrs. and self-employed for 23 of those years. I have lived in Juneau, Alaska since 1986. I am originally from Seattle. Doing hair as a career stylist has it challenges and rewards. It has been my plan since 1976. Keeping evolution on your side instead of falling prey to it is one of the biggest challenges. It is the greatest gift to be a stylist.
