Introduction Recognized as an “exhilarating, very versatile trumpet performer and educator" (Jose Sibaja, Boston Brass), John graduated as the trumpet graduate assistant at the Penn State University with his master’s degree in Trumpet Performance as well as receiving his bachelor's degree in Music Education with a concentration in Trumpet Performance from Millersville University. John has performed in various venues around the world and conducted a number of residencies and masterclasses in many renowned colleges and universities in the United State of America. John has been privileged enough to perform as a soloist for public figures such as The Reverend Jesse L. Jackson and Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex as well as representing his home city of Philadelphia, PA by performing the United States of America, "National Anthem" in Citizens Bank Park for the Philadelphia Phillies. John exclusively uses “Pickett Brass" mouthpieces and recently held the trumpet chair at the “American Music Theatre" from 2015-2016. John is the trumpet studio head and private brass and woodwind instructor at the Milford School of Music and resides in Milford, PA with his wife, Sarah. Full Bio – See Official Website.
