Before working for AMSTI, Kisha served as an Instructional Partner(coach) for an inner city school in the Birmingham, Alabama area. Additionally, Kisha serves as an instructor for TeacherReady, an NCATE accredited alternative certification program at the University of West Florida. Kisha is currently working on her Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University.
