| Introduction | I studied at a Master's of Design Program for 3 years and rarely ever made anything tangible. We threw around a lot of ideas, created a bunch of .pdf presentations and spent a lot of time discussing how important is to make things, but we rarely did.
I have realized, since graduating, that we all make things. Everyday. All the time. But I feel that I haven't fully embraced this element of my life, one that I used to love as a child, and so it is time to bring it back. Its time to start making things again, instead of just thinking about making things. And so I am taking this little bit of the internet for myself to finally start making stuff and to share it with you. I plan to try out plenty of things I have never tried before or have had very little exposure to...sewing, baking, cooking, carpentry, drawing, water-coloring, gardening and anything else that comes my way. I am pretty sure they will be fairly rough and raw at first, but I hope I get better as I go. Welcome to my fun little adventure! |
