| Introduction | We are the Callen family. This winter we had the privilege of hosting a child from an orphanage in Eastern Europe in our home for 5 weeks. Lilie is 13 years old and has not known the love of a family before. This Christmas, we were able to give her the gift of love and of family. We grew to love this child as though she were our own, and soon decided that God was leading us to bring her into our home forever! We are now proceeding with the adoption process and we pray that soon Lilie will be back in our home. Until then, we are depending on an awesome and loving God and the kindness of strangers to stand in the gap for us and show Lilie love. Thank you for following along with us on this journey. Please pray for Lilie and for us until we are together again and our family is made whole! |
