Introduction One of my main drives in life is to communicate to others that life is beautiful and difficult, all at once. There is no getting around personal challenges, imperfections, and regrets. But there is redemption and healing in sharing with others snippets of our life that can encourage and bring hope and remind us all that beauty really is everywhere, in and around all of us. My goal is to communicate empathy and remind everyone that God works on us most effectively when we are broken open and are receptive to the help and healing that is graciously offered to us--through friends, books, strangers, music, nature, and various day-to-day encounters. I hope that my words and pictures bring some light to your day and remind you that growth and healing can occur from the most simple happenings. Don't always expect BIG revelations from the BIG events. Pay attention to the SMALL, QUIET things.
