Introduction	I am a 37 year old, self professed, "home chef". I am the proud mother of a US soldier, Maddie's Nonna, and the wife of the most incredible man alive! I have been on a 10 year journey that has become a love affair with food! It began out of necessity, after all, my child WOULD need to eat, and if I was gonna get a ring on my finger, my then boyfriend would need to eat as well! I am happy to report, I got the ring (happily married almost 9 years)and my child is thriving!
