Introduction	Wade was born in Elmira, NY. His mother sold real estate in Elmira. The company she worked for branched out to Florida selling land for General Development. One trip was all it took. The family was moving to Florida. His mother Joyce worked for Florida Home finders. Upon leaving she founded Joyce Realty in the late 1960s into the 1980s when she sold the company. You can see Wade grew up in a Real Estate Family. He mowed, painted and maintained there many rental properties, both residential and commercial. He took his Florida Real Estate salesman course through Edison State College when he was a senior at Charlotte High. He attended Edison State College on a scholarship from the Assoc. of Realtors. He studied business, real estate law, and economics. Wade worked at Punta Gorda Isles, Inc. and Joyce Realty during this period. He passed his broker exam and became broker at Joyce Realty. He has also worked for Syndicated Capital Group and founded All Types of Investment Property Realty, Inc. He has 35 years experience.He held both FL Community Association Manager License taken through USF and Security Agency Manager.
