Introduction	We are in our early 40's. We try to have fun in what we do. We love to laugh and be with our children. We have 5 total! 6 if you include our new puppy, Bella. Fred loves Star Wars. I love the do it your self shows. Our ultimate goal is to introduce others to new hope in alternative medicine.
Interests	Our family no. 1, Church, sports, hiking, surfing, traveling, politics, movies, music, dancing, sewing, & helping others to alternative medicine.
Favorite Movies	The Passion of the Christ, Casa Blanca, The African Queen, It's a wonderfull life, Apocalypto, Forrest Gump, & Tombstone.
Favorite Music	Hard & classic rock!
Favorite Books	The Bible, I can't tell a lie(the true story of George Washington), Guerilla marketing, Our Founding Fathers.
