| Introduction | Hi I'm Yvette, a 38 year old woman that's tired - tired of being fat, tired of feeling ugly and tired of who I have become. This is my journey to the rest of my life. I have PCOS - while I am lucky to have a 5 year old girl, I want at least one more. The past 5 years have been rough, I lost my dad pulmonary fibrosis and have had 1 miscarriage.
