Introduction I blame my love of fashion on my Mum. Despite living in the country, she kept herself in fashion heading to London twice a year & stocking up on Biba, Mary Quant, knee high boots & anything else that was hot in the 60’s and 70’s. She had the figure to pull it off, but also the poise & grace which carried the clothes even further. Knee deep in Vogues, I became immersed in fashion and its many creative elements. If I were to pick an era it would be the 40’s, 50’s & early 60’s for the feminine but strong silhouettes and timeless elegance. At 21 I moved to London to work as a model for Betty Barclay & other leading brands. Photographic, commercials & TV work for QVC shopping channel. I also worked as a fashion wholeseller helping customers visualise and build on collections for their shops & boutiques. In 2006 I set up my own Image styling company helping men and women from Actors to Managing Directors find a new look, revamp a wardrobe, discover colour or help with finding the right cosmetics & skincare. My style blog is more about using imagination and less about money so that you the style you develop is entirely your own.
