Introduction | I began running in 2005 and have completed many road races since then. Distances run include the 5, 10 and 15k and half-marathon. Of all these, my preferred distance is the half-marathon and I hope to get back to it soon! My last half was the 2008 Virginia Beach Rock-n-Roll and I ran with Team Hoyt. Since then I got married, had a few medical procedures, gave birth, became mega busy, am chronically fatigued and gained too many $@&^$#_) pounds. The COPH Milestones is just what I need to drive me outside and back into running. I look forward to nearly puking from excitement at the finish line! |
