| Introduction | Dr. Siriwan Anantho received her doctoral degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University. Before her studies in the United States, she received her LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University, M.A.(Criminology and Criminal Justice) from Mahidol University, and M.A. (Mass Communication) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. She previously had 22 years working experience in the Royal Thai Police. She received her third masters degree in Telecommunications from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, USA in 1997, followed by her doctoral degree from Ohio University in 2001.
