Introduction	A recently employed mother of three children, two teenagers and my son starts secondary school in September, I am currently trying to grow various herbs from seeds to help with my cooking. I try to adapt receipes into low fat versions as I struggle with my weight, but enjoy reading cookery books and watching cookery programmes. My second love is reading, all books, from paranormal fiction to non fiction. I have a rescue greyhound called Rusty and enjoy taking him for walks, where I listen to music, and do all my best thinking while walking, either with the dog or into Holbeach
