| Introduction | I'm Jackie, and I am married to my high school sweetheart and best friend. We've been together since Sept. 1997, were married in October 2004, and we have been trying for our first baby from December 2007 through February 2011. In that time period, we have tried 6 cycles of Clomid, an IUI, a fresh IVF cycle, and a frozen embryo cycle. We mentally, physically, and financially needed a break, so I was on birth control pills to help reduce my endometriosis pain from February 2011 through February 2012. We tried again naturally for a few months. I returned back on BCP in November 2012, due to the extreme pain once again. In mid 2014, we started working with a new RE and clinical team, and have undergone a 3rd transfer (FET) in November 2014. Currently, we are accepting the life of 2 that we were dealt, due to minor MFI and stage 4 endometriosis, while praying that one day we will have a baby in our arms. |
