| Introduction | I am a recently divorced mother of three. One of the first things I hear out of a person's mouth when they hear I am divorced, is "why, what happened?". There is no answer for that. We were married for 11 years, and we had a lot of good times together, but sometimes things just don't work out. I will always care for him, and truly wish nothing but happiness for him in the future, but sometimes people just have to go their separate ways.I have had a struggle with this for a while, and I now must move on. I have 3 kids depending on me to see them through, so I have to buck up and "do work". I work as a CNA, which is supposed to help me prepare for a career in Nursing. I love what I do...most of the time. I have had some extremely spiritual experiences at work, and I feel like I know I am going into the right field. I love taking care of people when their sick, I love helping them feel better. |
| Interests | Well, right now about me is SIMPLY...Kids,school, and work. It is all I can handle. From time to time, I manage to squeeze in some adventure, but we are pretty routine around here, but for now, we have to be, if I am going to survive. When we do go out, we love to be spontaneous, we will sometimes get in the car, and say "where should we go", and we end up all over the place. We have faithfully had "friday night movie night" for the last 3+ years. We usually make a big thing about it, we blow up the air mattress, get the newest movie available, load up on junk food, and we all lay together for movie night! That is a tradition that I hope to hold onto as long as my kids will allow! |
| Favorite movies | I love movies about real life events, I love World war 2 movies, and I love dramas. I also love watching the fun animated movies with my kids. I am not one for romance movies, but I can tolerate them once in a while. |
| Favorite music | I am all about music, from old stuff to new. I have never been a huge fan of Heavy Metal, or country... If I had to list my favorite band, that would be impossible. So much depends on my mood. Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin...so powerful! Blind Melon and Coldplay, can send me for a loop. Eminem...powerful! I have been known to catch a little rap here and there as well, snoop dogg, he really know his shiz, and I just really go with the flow when it comes to music...my interests are without bounds!! (usually) |
| Favorite books | Reading, I love. I love being able to escape through words that grip you from page 1. I read a lot of biographies, or true crime. I like reading about other people's lives and being inspired by what they have overcome to reach their goals...it teaches me to shut my mouth and keep on truckin'! |
