| Introduction | My name is Heather. I am a 26 year old stay at home mom to a 3 year old son named Thatcher, 2 year old daughter named Tyler, and an 11 month old daughter named Harper. My husband works full time and loves to eat my home cooked meals after a long day. We aren't your typical family, even if we look like it on the outside. We do everything ass backwards and it seems to work out well for us that way. I am not a culinary trained genius, nor do I pretend to be. I know what I like and what my family likes...I cook what tastes good to us. I am trying to branch out into different styles of cooking and different flavors than I'm use to. I would define my cooking as an eclectic array of family recipes, mixed with a little food blogs that I like, and a dash of experimentation. I like anything from fancy food to fat kid food. I do not discriminate against a tasty food! I am a self professed foodie. I hope to raise 3 successful foodies as well. Usually when I ask my children what they want for dinner they will tell me they want a salad...now how is that for a super mom? |
