Introduction I am a food lover, long before the word foodie has become a domestic reference. I would like to believe that my love affair with food has been going on even before I was born. My mom’s craving was not just any ordinary craving, when asked she would eat anything within her reach. Gatherings in both sides of my family meant food, overflowing with food. Not to stuff my plate would insult my relatives. So I give in, not that I’m forced too. Chocolates would not only be a treat but a cult. From both sides of the family, chocolates abound. Therefore, a chocoholic I became. As for work, it came naturally when I became Associate Producer for two cooking shows and eventually landed a freelance writing gig in a food-related magazine back in 2007. The opportunity in writing opened a door that would lead me to more writing assignments, even producing travel articles that gave me a different high. So here I am, venturing into another field but still doing the things I love most, conceptualizing and producing what I would call a blog-mag, writing about food as well as epicures and eating to my heart’s content.
