| Introduction | I'm a mom of 4 that has found the 40 something years to be better than the 20 something. I have lost 70+ pounds in the last 3 years using P90X, Turbo Jam, Insanity and other Beachbody programs. My goal in life is to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and learn that they too can like who they are. Its an AWESOME feeling to get up in the morning and know you can smile and be proud of you. |
