| Introduction | I was born into a family that loves food. Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, I remember cooking my first quiche when I was eleven years old. From an early age, I had the chance to eat up an extraordinary amount of culinary knowledge and experience that my family possesses. From the best chocolate chip cookies in the world to homemade biscuits and grits, for me, food is more than something to eat. It is a part of almost everything I do, and I truly love it.
