Introduction	Because it's not "just food." Or rather because it should be just eating - as in eating justly. From the bounty of creation humans are given food to eat. We should honor this gift from God by producing food grown with integrity, by insuring that everyone has enough to eat and by preparing food and occasions that remind us all of the goodness of God.
