| Introduction | I am a Professional Coach and Physician who honours the premise that you have your answers. I act as a facilitator for you to access your own wisdom and identify the issues you want to address; make the choices that are most beautiful for you; and, take action for which you can be accountable on those choices. I also continue to practice primary care medicine with people who are homeless, and to do healing work around complex mental health issues with people in my psychotherapy practice. More and more I bring a coaching light into these practices as well. I am a single parent of two daughters, one of whom struggles with significant disabilities. I am a writer and do healing work for myself in writing through my journey raising my daughters. |
