Introduction I'm a meat cutter with dual (Italian & American) citizenship. I'm a recent UMass-Boston grad in English looking to go to grad school soon. Currently, however, I'm working towards becoming a "finished" cutter (one who can take any animal from pen to plate) as well as researching content for a couple of articles on meat fabrication.
