| Introduction | I'm an amateurish cook with a flair for experimenting in the arena of Indian Vegetarian Food. But that does not mean, that I I'm disinterested in other ethnic vegetarian food. Italian and Mexican Vegetarian cuisines enjoy the second highest position in my list. I love learning because thats what makes you perfect. And I love sharing because that doubles your pleasure:) Thus, I came up with this blog to unwind my family's secret recipes! My hands simply love to play with the spices, grains, vegetables, fruits, cereals etc. I believe cooking is an art, while some are born with it and others acquire it over a period of time and dedication. And I belong to the latter category. Food is something I worship as god. I agree with a Sanskrit proverb, 'Anna Heh Poornabrahma', it means Food is God! When I'm in stress, I whip out a dish of my own. It gives me immense pleasure and improves my concentration. Cooking is also about enhancing one's creativity. If you can't resist cooking please do accept it for it will fill the void in you. |
